Abstract

As a new regency, Sigi should improve itself to organize the society life. The religion awareness in conflict-prone areas is very urgent to be improved. In the perspective of civil society, social conflicts that occur as a result of lack of public communication. Based on this assumption, researcher entitled this research: Interaction Patterns based on Religion in Conflict-Prone Communities in Sigi. Researcher focused on two sub subject: (1) how the interaction patterns based on religion in conflict-prone communities in Sigi. (2) how the implications for efforts to resolve social conflicts in Sigi regency. Research results showed that patterns of community interaction in conflict-prone areas in Sigi was pretty good. There are approximately 60% of respondents who support this conclusion. But the fabric of social interaction society merely casual relationships, not based on a good understanding of religion. Therefore, efforts to resolve social conflict is not significant. Approximately 46% of respondents believe that the faith-based social interaction patterns are less effective in the resolution of social conflicts. As a result, social interaction in conflict-prone areas in Sigi is not in line with the spirit of religion

Abstract

This study aims to knows the Impact of Competence Improvement and Teacher Performance through BERMUTU Program for MGMP in Parigi Moutong Regency. The method used is the qualitative approach, further to obtain the data in accordance with the problems, techniques of data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the respondents teacher Overall performance has been categorized as good, but specifically in the learning assessment components still need to be improved. The predicted performance of teachers is the impact of the activities of teachers in the working group. Where there has been shared their experiences and discuss and develop a collective lesson preparation. Average appearance of teaching junior high school teacher conducting PKB (Sustainable Profession Improvement) on MGMPs recipient of the Direct Assistance Fund is 3.12 BERMUTU program with good category. The sub-components of teaching that need attention for each group of teachers, namely: 1) Teacher of Indonesian language in assessment component; 2) Teachers of English in planning and assessment component; 3) Teachers of Mathematics in planning and assessment component; 4) Teachers of science in assessment component

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning achievement. on the subject of Islamic education through giving a class assignment method at IV SDN Inpres 3 Talise Palu. This research employed class action research conducted in two cycles. The stages of this research include the planning, action, observation and reflection. In this research, the data obtained include the observation activities of teachers and student activity by using sheets observation and the students' learning achievement were taken from the test. The results showed that in the first cycle the activity of students is in the category sufficient assessment and teacher activity is in the category of good judgment. In the second cycle, the average activity of students and teachers have been included in the category of very good assessment. As for the students' learning achievement in the first cycle of students' classical absorption reached 70.47%, while in the second cycle of the students' classical absorption has reached 88.86%. So it can be concluded that learning by giving a class assignment method can improve students' learning achievement in subjects of Islamic education

Abstract

This study discusses the socio-economic background of the Islamic community who work as boatmen and farmers in the Brodot Village Bandarkedungmulyo District Jombang of East Java Province. This study is a qualitative study, which seeks to explore aspects of the economic and social aspects Brodot villagers who worked as a boatman and farmers. Data collection in this study was done in two ways: observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the profession as a farmer who cultivated by villagers Brodot Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang District of East Java Province, with an income about 300,000 rupiah per month is not sufficient for their daily needs. Therefore, to anticipate the needs of everyday life, they look for other income that is as boatman with an average income of 250,000 rupiah per month. Abstract

This research regarding the performance of Supervisor in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers in Palu. The main issue discussed was how the performance of the islamic Education supervisor in Palu and their efforts in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers in Palu. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach to collect the data through observation, interviews and documentation and to analysis the data. The results showed that the performance of the Islamic Education Supervisor in Palu in the preparation of supervision program of Prota, Prosem and RKA is successful. The Performance of Islamic Education Supervisor in the implementation of the program is generally managed in accordance with their duties Their duties are to monitor, to inspect, to supervise, to assess and to provide guidance to Islamic Education teachers based on findings during supervision in the form of individual and group coaching. The Supervisor efforts in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers done in two ways: directly and indirectly. Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of the islamic institute in improving the students` Islamic Understanding in the Institute of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies Ma'had Talhah bin Ubaidillah Palu. This research using the descriptive qualitative approach to understand and describe the phenomena that occur in an effort to increase the students` islamic understanding at the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Ma'had Talhah bin Ubaidillah Palu. The efforts made by the Institute of Arabic and Islamic in improving student`islamic understanding is through formal and non-formal education. Formal education in question is revamping the curriculum through Arabic and Islamic Studies while non-formal is through extracurricular activities, namely, speech exercise, scientific seminar, weekly praying, ramadhan tour, and propagation program. This study recommended that the need for methodological improvements through the application of alternative methods, the conventional curriculum renewal based on the contents of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and it is expected that students not only know the teachings of Islam in theory, but can open up horizons, increase understanding and awareness as a muslims who are able to apply the values of Islam in daily life

Abstract

The guardian in marriage that must be met for the bride, but if there is no guardian nasab or may not bring it or do not know where he lives or magical or adlal or are reluctant to marry her then that act is the Guardian Judge. On the other hand, the position and authority of the guardian judge was not clearly mentioned in the Marriage Law, as well as the Implementation Regulations. The results showed that Law No. 1 of 1974, though as the Marriage Act but not one clearly chapter provisions governing the transfer of guardianship nasab trustee to trustee hands judges. For applicability in practice Religious Affairs issued Ministerial Decree No. 30 of 2005 on the Guardian Judge, referring to the Islamic law, the Islamic Law Compilation tend to Shafi and legislation in force. Abstract

Educational institutions have a role and a great responsibility in the economic development of Shariah. Educational institutions are expected to be a source of development and socialization of Sharia banking. Abstract

This study in respect of Arabic strategies in IAIN Palu aimed at to know the strategies used by the lecturer of Arabic learning in IAIN. This study is a qualitative research, data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by giving meaning to the data collected, and of the meaning that is drawn a conclusion. The results showed: 1). The influence happy and whether students in learning Arabic one of which depends on the strategies used by lecturers in teaching, while the Arabic language learning strategies used by lecturers at IAIN Palu can vary and the researchers wrote that: Strategies Istima 'qirā'ah strategy: this strategy is used by lecturers so that students want to listen to what is read by faculty and students watched, Kalam strategy, strategy and strategy kitabah Qawaid. (2) the constraints and solutions in the Arabic language learning strategies were the strategy when using that there are students who are eager to learn Arabic, there are also students who do not care about learning Arabic because he felt that Arabic is a difficult language, but the faculty continue to strive so that the students happy with the Arabic language lessons by giving motivation of students. Abstract

This study was conducted to obtain an objective description of the mechanism of Indonesian language teachers to reach learning achievement optimally at Madrasah Aliyah in Palu. This study used descriptive qualitative approach to collect the data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation and to analysis the data. The study indicated that the mechanism of Indonesian language teacher performance are that the teachers have (1) Prepared learning programs in accordance with the calendar in school education, (2) Made preparations to teach with reference to the approved curriculum in schools, (3) Made a list of student scores reported to the principal. The efforts of Indonesian language teachers to reach learning achievement optimally are that the teachers (1) Motivated their students to increase their inner motivation, (2) Prepared learning content that can stimulate the creativity of students' creativity, (3) Used the media or learning aids, (4) More emphases on the role and participation of students, and (5) Established two-way communication. Factors supporting the efforts of the teachers are (1) A curriculum that is accordance with the competence of students, (2) The method used in a variety of learning, (3) Students' high motivation and interest in learning.
